For managed service clients, our response time is typically within 1 hour during business hours for critical issues. With our NinjaOne monitoring system, we're often aware of problems before you are and can start working on them proactively. For less urgent matters, we prioritize based on business impact but aim to respond the same day. For break/fix clients without a service plan, we prioritize based on severity but aim to respond within the same business day whenever possible.

We offer flexible engagement options. Our managed services typically involve a 12-month agreement to ensure proper planning and resource allocation, but we also offer month-to-month options for businesses that prefer that approach. Our Startup Special can be canceled anytime with 30 days' notice. For project-based work, there's no ongoing commitment beyond the project scope. We earn your business through excellent service, not contract lock-ins.

Our Monthly Device Health Report provides a clear snapshot of your IT environment. It includes the number of security threats detected and blocked by SentinelOne, a list of patches and updates applied, any hardware issues identified (like failing hard drives or memory problems), performance metrics for each device, backup status (once our backup solution launches), and a summary of support issues resolved. This transparency helps you see the value of our proactive approach and understand exactly what we're doing to keep your systems running smoothly.
